Monday TV Picks: ‘Bones’ season finale on Fox


‘Bones’

Christopher Pelant, an “evil genius serial killer” (is there any other kind?) returns for the eighth season finale of the popular crime drama inspired by forensic anthropologist/novelist Kathy Reichs. Emily Deschanel plays Dr. Temperance “Bones” Brennan and David Boreanaz plays Agent Seeley Booth. Season finale, 8 p.m. on Fox (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).

“MLB Baseball,” 7 p.m. (ROOT): Baltimore Orioles at Seattle Mariners (Live).

“How I Met Your Mother,” 8 p.m. (CBS): The gang tries to plan a legendary bachelor party for Barney.

“RuPaul’s Drag Race,” 9 p.m. (Logo): Highlights, and lowlights, of the season as contestants race to the grand finale.

“Independent Lens,” 10 p.m. (KCTS): “The Undocumented”: Coroners and volunteers locate and identify thousands of bodies of illegal border crossers lost in the Arizona desert.

“Castle,” 10:01 p.m. (ABC): When Beckett steps on a pressure-sensitive bomb, the team searches for a way to save her while Castle distracts her by talking about their relationship.

“Revolution,” 10:01 p.m. (NBC): The past catches up with Miles and Monroe when Emma returns; Aaron goes with Rachel to the Tower.
