Filmmaker Ken Burns ("The Civil War," "Baseball," "Prohibition") is back with a new two-part, four-hour miniseries about the great ecological disaster that struck America in the 1930s. Part one looks at the wheat boom of the "Great Plow-Up," followed by a decadelong drought. 8 p.m. Sunday on KCTS (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
