Friday TV Picks: 'Teachers Rock' concert on CBS


'Teachers Rock'

Taped earlier this week in Los Angeles, this concert honoring America's educators features performances from the band fun. (above), Garth Brooks, Josh Groban, Dierks Bentley and Carrie Underwood. Meryl Streep, Viola Davis, Jennifer Garner and Morgan Freeman will also make appearances. 8 p.m. Friday on CBS (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).

"3 Days to Open with Bobby Flay," 10 p.m. (Food): A rock 'n' roll cupcake shop has limited baking proficiency, broken ovens and a small staff.
