Thursday TV Picks: PBS' 'POV: Short Cuts' on KCTS
The always intriguing "POV" documentary series offers up an evening of short films: "The Barber of Birmingham," an Academy Award-nominated short about an Alabama barbershop; "Sin Pais," a student-directed film about a family's journey; and "StoryCorps,"a film that brings intimate conversations to animated life. 10 p.m. Thursday on KCTS (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
