On the move: Owens named president, GM of Attachmate Corp.

Kathleen Owens was named president and general manager of Seattle-based Attachmate Corp. Owens has been with Attachmate for more than 14 years, most recently in the role of vice president of North American sales.

In her new position, Owens will guide the company's enterprise IT software.

Advertising: Kevin Densmore was hired as director of media and analytics at DNA Seattle.

Beverages: Michael Fleming, a Lane Powell shareholder, was appointed chairman of Jones Soda, Seattle.

Construction: Chris Allen joined Mortenson Construction's Seattle Operating Group as integrated construction manager.

Environmental consulting: Patrick Domres was hired as a consultant with Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, Lynnwood.

Health care: Shelly Fagerlund was named vice president, clinic operations, at Virginia Mason Medical Center, Seattle. Homer Lane was promoted to executive director of Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason, Seattle.

Investing: Audrey Morton joined D.A. Davidson & Co. in Seattle as a financial consultant.

Organizations: Brendan Carroll was hired as a regional travel manager at AAA Washington, Bellevue.

Wealth management: Christopher Glasgow was promoted to client manager at Cornerstone Advisors, Bellevue.
