'Louie'
Comedian Louis C.K. bring his unique blend of stand-up comedy and observational humor back for a third season. Louis plays a New York comedian coping with the ordeals (and occasional small wonders, remember last season's "Ducklings" episode?) of everyday life. Season premiere, 10:30 p.m. Thursday on FX (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).

"Rock Center with Brian Williams," 10 p.m. (NBC): A hospital goes to extreme lengths to get payments from patients; the parents of a student who committed suicide after being bullied; looting in Egypt following the Arab Spring.
"Suits," 10 p.m. (USA): Mike is caught in the middle of Harvey and Daniel's battle; Mike handles complications; Louis meets his match.
