Cheering the Mariners, Lloyd Grant (at right) says "it was just like great karma! I found the TV in a Dumpster just minutes ago and I've been a Mariner fan from the get-go!" Joining Grant around the small black & white set plugged into an outlet at Bell Plaza (Seventh and Pine) are Steve Douglas and Paul Strong. The friends say they have been given tickets to games at Safeco, but never felt "cleaned-up enough" to go inside. No one gave them tickets to Monday's game, however. They were happy to have the television, however poor the image, to follow the game.
