Introduction In 1990, shortly after she was diagnosed with breast cancer, Molly Martin told her editor here at Pacific Northwest that she might want to write about the experience. "Molly's Cancer," with photographs by Betty Udesen, appeared on the magazine's cover in 1992, and though a decade has passed, Molly still receives requests for copies of her story.
