Accepts complaints but cannot represent individual consumers in court. If you wish to view complaints filed against a company, under the public disclosure law, you have the right to do so. Phone and ask to have the "Public Disclosure Form" mailed to you.

Accepts complaints from consumers by phone or online. Check a company out before doing business with it by obtaining a reliability report available online or by phone on businesses and charities operating in Western Washington and Oregon.
