Ethan Stowell segues from bistecca to steak frites, moules frites and other classic Gallic fare at this boisterous brasserie. Start with raw oysters, a salad or a charcuterie board of foie gras, terrines and rillettes. Have a beef with steak? Try the roast chicken. Finish with chocolate mousse. Expect niceties of service you don't always find in a neighborhood place. Full bar. Dinner daily.
