This lively addition to the Tom Douglas Restaurant family is named for executive chef Eric Tanaka. The menu is an exuberant cross-cultural riff on foods he loved as a kid in L.A.--old hunger reimagined with the rigor you'd expect from a James Beard Award-winning chef. The concept embraces ramen and fried rice, as well as Dungeness crab foo young, roasted chicken with shiso butter and pork shoulder braised in banana leaf. Full bar. Heated patio.
