In addition to the build-your-own options, check their seven specialty burgers, including the Fig and Pig, layered with Boat Street pickled figs; Smoked Out, with a house-made chipotle sauce; the Trotter, with caramelized onions and apples topped with a house-made horseradish sauce; and the New Mexican, with Hatch Green Chiles and a special queso sauce.
