The room may be dressed to the hilt in satin and gilt, but Celinda Norton cooks like an Italian mama. Go for comfort food like fresh pasta swaddled in truffle-scented cheese sauce and beef cheeks braised in Chianti. Linger over wine from a formidable list, or a slice of salted caramel tart. Expect plenty of pampering from the staff. Dinner daily; weekend brunch.
