Milagro Cantina
Critic rating: ![]()
More Barrio than Bimbo's, the menu executes familiar south-of-the-border fare -- tacos and enchiladas, ceviche and chiles rellenos, rice and beans -- with panache. The kitchen flexes its fine-dining muscles with braised lamb shank in Oaxacan red mole and Pacific sea bass a la Veracruzana. Lunch and dinner daily.
