Olivar
Critic rating: ![]()
A concise card opens with a few cold salads, then moves on to hot plates, both small and large, with about a half-dozen more daily specials posted on a chalkboard. The most riveting fare illustrates the menu's variety and the chef's skillful weaving of flavors and textures. Fork into such dishes as albóndigas (lamb meatballs), caramelized sea scallops and rabbit prepared three ways. Open for dinner; closed Monday.
