Dynamic Duel | Never forever: A discussion of football and moving on, with Ray Roberts
Posted by Jerry Brewer
Note: Come back to the site later this morning. In a few hours, I'll post a commentary on the Seahawks/Hasselbeck in this space.
This is a great podcast -- and not just because Danny O'Neil isn't featured in it.
Of course, I'm kidding about Danny, but my guest co-host this week is a great one: Former Seahawks offensive tackle Ray Roberts.
In this episode, which was taped Tuesday afternoon, Roberts breaks down the Seahawks' decision to part ways with quarterback Matt Hasselbeck and acquire Tavaris Jackson. The entire first half of the show is dedicated to the big news of the week.
But I originally wanted Ray on the show to discuss -- and he does this with great eloquence -- life after the NFL and how he discovered a new mission in life.
Unfortunately for us, there's some breaking news involved here: Roberts is leaving Seattle, his home for the past 20 years, in a few weeks. He has a wonderful new job that his alma mater, the University of Viriginia, created for him.
This is one of the best, most honest and intelligent shows we've ever done on the Dynamic Duel. Check it out. Ray will enrich you.
And when you're done listening, visit www.finaonation.com to learn more about the cool apparel company that Ray disccuses in the podcast.

Here's the link to subscribe to The Dynamic Duel on iTunes. This week's episode will be up soon on there.
