Weekend road closures in the Seattle Area

Several sections of major Seattle-area highways will be closed over the weekend for special events and construction.
On Friday, the southbound Interstate 5 Union Street exit will be closed between 8:30 and 10 a.m. for the Macy’s Holiday Parade.
Construction on the Aurora Bridge will close one lane Sunday night, two southbound lanes of Route 99 between North 38th Street and Raye Street from 9 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday. The southbound Fremont Way onramp to Route 99 will also be closed during the construction.
The Seattle marathon will close the following roads on Sunday:
The Interstate 90 center roadway, between 5 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.
The Interstate 5 express lanes, between 5 a.m. and 9 a.m.
The northbound Interstate 5 exit to Lakeview Boulevard, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The southbound Interstate 5 exit to Boylston Avenue, from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Westbound Highway 520, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
