Prime Seattle jazz vocalist Greta Matassa is a whiz at scat singing. And nifty local dancer Jovon Miller (pictured) can invent volleys of tap moves on the spot. The two will join forces, with backing from Matassa’s trio, on Saturday, Feb. 1, for the improvisational show “In the Moment,” served up with a three-course dinner at Capitol Hill’s Century Ballroom. Dinner seatings are at 6, 6:15 and 6:30 p.m.; show starts at 7:30 p.m. (206-324-7263 or centuryballroom.com)
