‘True Blood’

Are you ready for another summer of vampires, werewolves, shape-shifters and whatever new sexy beasties have taken up residence in Bon Temps, La.? It looks as though the battle between humans and supernatural creatures is heating up for this already-steamy show’s season 6 premiere. 9 p.m. Sunday on HBO.

“Masterpiece Mystery,” 9 p.m. (KCTS): “Inspector Lewis, Series VI: Down Among the Fearful”: Lewis and Hathaway investigate the death of a psychic, who turns out to be an Oxford psychology-research fellow.

“Falling Skies,” 10 p.m. (TNT): The two-year anniversary of the alien invasion approaches.
