‘Modern Family’

To wrap up its fourth season, this very funny comedy sends the Pritchett/Dunphy clan to Florida for a funeral, only to discover that Gloria (Sofia Vergara) has an outstanding arrest warrant. Fred Willard returns as Phil’s father, Frank. Season finale, 9 p.m. Wednesday on ABC (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).

“MasterChef,” 8 p.m. (Fox): Home cooks present dishes to the judges.

“Cousins on Call,” 8 p.m. (HGTV): A cancer survivor wants to surprise his parents with home improvements; a yard makeover for the American Cancer Society’s Hope Lodge in Buffalo, N.Y.

“Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” 9 p.m. (NBC): The detectives uncover a shocking theory as they work to learn the identity of a man Rollins arrested for exposing himself in the park; Detective Benson finds herself in mortal danger.

“Criminal Minds,” 9 p.m. (CBS): The Replicator goes after a member of the BAU team; during an investigation into a series of drug-related deaths in Manhattan, Hotch learns that his estranged brother, Sean, is caught in the middle.

“Psych,” 10 p.m. (USA): Shawn and Gus suspect a plastic surgeon, who is a former flame of Henry’s, is guilty of murdering a patient.
