‘Portlandia’

It’s been fun to have Fred Armisen and Carrie Brownstein and their multitude of quirky Northwest characters back for a third season, but just as winter comes to a close, so must our winter-TV favorites. So savor tonight’s episode (in which Portland suffers a citywide blackout) — it’ll have to tide you over until next season. Season finale, 7 and 10 p.m. on IFC (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
