‘Touch’

There have been some changes to this Tim Kring (“Heroes”) drama for its second season. The action has moved to Los Angeles, Maria Bello and Lukas Haas have joined Kiefer Sutherland as major players, and the mood feels much more conspiratorial. 9 p.m. Friday on Fox (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
