‘American Horror Story: Asylum’
Tonight the “Madness Ends” (that’s the episode title) in the season finale of Ryan Murphy’s baroque horror show. This season was set in 1964, and followed the staff and inmates of Briarcliff, an institute for the criminally insane. With a season that featured Nazis, mutants, aliens and serial killers (oh, my!), and intense performances from Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Lily Rabe and Zachary Quinto, what could Mr. Murphy and Co. have in store for Season 3? 10 p.m. Wednesday on FX (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
