‘The Graham Norton Show’

BBC America gives viewers a couple of Christmas gifts tonight with a new “Doctor Who” Christmas special, and this new episode of the very funny chat show. The impish host always has an interesting mix of guests, and tonight the mix is made up of Dustin Hoffman, Billy Connolly, Jennifer Saunders, Matt Smith and Amy Macdonald. 7:20 and 10:20 p.m. Tuesday on BBC America (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).

“Horton Hears a Who!” (2008), 8 p.m. (NBC): Horton the elephant’s friends and neighbors think he has gone crazy when he claims that a tiny community lives on a speck of dust. Animated. Based on the book by Dr. Seuss.

“Hart of Dixie,” 8 p.m. (CW): Zoe keeps busy with a patient in an effort to avoid her visiting mother; Zoe almost ruins Christmas Eve for the town.

“Hatfields & McCoys,” 8 p.m. (History): The McCoys murder Anse’s younger brother; the Hatfields ride out to get revenge; friends, neighbors and outside forces join the feud.

“Frontline,” 10 p.m. (KCTS): “Digital Nation” — The Internet and digital media transform the way people work, learn and interact.

“It’s a Merry Red Green Christmas,” 10 p.m. (KBTC): Red and his friends celebrate by cooking dinner on an engine block, creating snow with an outboard motor, curling with frozen turkeys, and building a giant snowman.

“Leverage,” 10 p.m. (TNT): The team embarks on its riskiest con yet when Nate takes a case linked to his son’s death.
