Friday TV Picks: 'Malibu Country' on ABC
TV picks for Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, include "Malibu Country" on ABC; Kitchen Nightmares" on Fox; and "Grimm" on NBC.
Tonight in Prime Time
Reba McEntire returns to series television with this new comedy about a former country star who moves from Nashville to California after her husband cheats on her. Reba is a bright and engaging personality, and she's surrounded herself with some great supporting players (Lily Tomlin, Sara Rue and Jai Rodriguez), but this is pretty basic sitcom stuff. 8:30 p.m. Friday on ABC (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
