'It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown'
The annual airing of the adorable 1966 animated special is a great way to usher in All Hallows' Eve. There's Charlie Brown vs. Lucy and that football; Snoopy taking on the Red Baron; and, most endearing of all, faithful Linus, spending the night in the pumpkin patch waiting for the Big Orange Guy. 8 p.m. Wednesday on ABC (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
