'Project Runway All Stars'

Wendy Pepper, Uli Herzner, Peach Carr, Casanova. These are some of the designers returning for the second all-stars edition of this involving sartorial competition. For this edition of the series, there is no Heidi, Tim, Nina or Michael. Instead we get supermodel/host Carolyn Murphy, judges Isaac Mizrahi and Georgina Chapman, and mentor Joanna Coles. Make it work, folks! Season premiere, 9 p.m. Thursday on Lifetime (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
