Friday TV Picks: 'Fringe' on Fox
TV picks for Friday, Oct. 12, 2012, include "Fringe" on Fox; "Shark Tank" on ABC; and "Arrow" on the CW.
'Fringe'
For its final season, this whopper of a sci-fi/time-travel/mindbening TV show is now set in the year 2036; Peter and Olivia (Joshua Jackson and Anna Torv) have an adult daughter; and those menacing Observers are still creeping around. Die-hard fans may say, "Yes, tell us something we don't know." As one those people who haven't followed this series for a few years, all I can say is "Whoa!" 9 p.m. Friday on Fox (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
