TV Picks for Tuesday, April 3, include PBS' "American Experience: Grand Coulee Dam" on KCTS; "The Biggest Loser" on NBC; and "Cougar Town" on ABC.
'Grand Coulee Dam'
Tonight, the "American Experience" series focuses on the hydroelectric dam that transformed the Northwest. This 90-minute film features the stories of the men and women who lived and worked at Grand Coulee, historians and engineers, and the area's native people. 8 p.m. Tuesday on KCTS (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
