'New Year's Eve Live
With Anderson Cooper
and Kathy Griffin'
La Griffin is back for a third year to co-host the festivities with CNN's silver fox. It's a hoot to watch Cooper try to remain a serious newsman while Griffin tries to crack him up. She says she promised to forfeit her paycheck if she lets loose with another gaffe like last year (sorry: it's unprintable in a family newspaper). Oh, the suspense. Live from New York City's Times Square. 8 tonight, CNN (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
