'It's a Wonderful Life'

What more can be said about Frank Capra's emotional 1946 drama? Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed have electric chemistry as George and Mary Bailey; Lionel Barrymore is wonderfully wicked as Henry Potter; and the Christmas Eve redemption could melt the coldest heart. "Hee-haw and Merry Christmas." 8 tonight, NBC (seattletimes.com/tvlistings).
