Take 2
A different spin on sports by The Seattle Times staff and readers.
Help us find the President of the Seattle Sports Scene

With Election Day almost upon us, we started to wonder: who would be the President of the Seattle Sports Scene? We’re going to hold an election to find out.
Who is eligible? Anyone who's ever been a part of the sporting landscape in Seattle. There's the obvious choices — Steve Largent, Gary Payton, Ken Griffey Jr., Napoleon Kaufman, Kasey Keller, Sue Bird, etc. There are also the less obvious — like retired Sounder Roger Levesque, former Seahawks kicker Norm Johnson, erstwhile Sonics fan favorite Steve Scheffler and whoever captained the old USS Mariner.
Thanks for your submissions. Come back on Election Day to vote on the top candidates for President of the Seattle Sports Scene.
