Poll: Who had the worst weekend?

Posted by Katrina Barlow

With the exception of the Sounders FC winning their final regular-season game 3-1 against Chivas USA on Saturday, Seattle sports fans have had a weekend dreary enough to match the gray weather.

On Saturday, the Washington Huskies lost 65-21 to Stanford, a team that looked and played bigger and stronger than the Huskies. And Washington State couldn't keep pace against Oregon State, who defeated the Cougars 44-21 at CenturyLink Field.

On Sunday, Seahawks lost 6-3 in an embarrassing game against the Cleveland Browns. The Seahawks offense, missing four starters, gained only 137 yards.

And to add salt to the wound, there's the viaduct closure, which will affect drivers from West Seattle and other Highway 99 commuters until Oct. 31.

To lighten the mood, we thought we'd poll readers for the most self-pitying group in Seattle this weekend. So cast your vote, and we'll see who's wallowing in Seattle.
