1. (11)/Phoenix (7-27)/Stars Diana Taurasi and Penny Taylor are healthy now, and teamed with rookie star Brittney Griner.

2. (1)/Minnesota (27-7)/Most exciting team to watch will have to scrap to retain Western Conference title.

3. (5)/Los Angeles (24-10)/Talk is same everywhere, it's time for Candace Parker to lead Sparks to title.

4. (3)/Indiana (22-12)/Have to respect 2012 champion but already down three core players due to injuries.

5. (8)/ New York (15-19)/New coach Bill Laimbeer rounded up old Detroit Shock stars to win, again.

6. (2)/Connecticut (25-9)/Lost Olympian Asjha Jones (injury), added former Storm coach Anne Donovan.

7. (9)/Chicago (14-20)/Is talented rookie Elena Delle Donne enough to earn team's first playoff berth?

8. (4)/Atlanta (19-15)/For the third time in career All-Star Angel McCoughtry predicting a WNBA championship.

9. (10)/Tulsa (9-25)/Skylar Diggins and 6-foot-8 center Liz Cambage will make difference but team is young.

10. (7)/San Antonio (21-13)/All-Stars Sophia Young (ACL) and Becky Hammon (finger), out for part of season.

11. (6)/Seattle (16-18)/Tanisha Wright, Camille Little and Temeka Johnson's close bond will go far on starless team.

12. (12)/Washington (5-29)/Mike Thibault, team's 13th coach, overhauled roster but questions remain.
