Seahawks play like champs in 19-3 win vs. Arizona

First impressions: In their most important game of the season the Seahawks played like the Super Bowl team of a year ago, willing themselves to a resounding 19-3 victory against the NFC West-leading Arizona Cardinals on Sunday at CenturyLink Field. Russell Wilson steered the offense against a stout Cardinal defense, but Seattle's defense stole the show, allowing just 204 yards and three points on the day. Above, Seattle tight end Cooper Helfet brings in a 20-yard pass from Russell Wilson for a touchdown in the third quarter. DEAN RUTZ / THE SEATTLE TIMES
