Albuquerque edges Tacoma, 3-2

Trayvon Robinson hits two-run homer to help Albuquerque beat Rainiers.

Trayvon Robinson’s two-run homer in the fifth inning lifted Albuquerque to a 3-2 victory over Tacoma before 6,859 at Cheney Stadium on Sunday.

Abraham Almonte, who was 3 for 5, homered in the first for Tacoma and Humberto Quintero homered with two outs in the ninth, but the Rainiers’ rally fell short.
