LONDON —

It's official: World athletics head Lamine Diack says Usain Bolt is, indeed, a legend.

Diack says the Jamaican sprinter "entered the legendary" after retaining his Olympic titles in the 100 and 200 meters at the London Games.

Speaking on the final day of track and field competition at the Olympics, the IAAF president said Saturday that Bolt could be unbeatable in the 200.

The games' head organizer, Sebastian Coe, called Bolt "a powerful influence."

Coe also has no problem with Bolt's showmanship and says, "It's great that our sport captures those great moments."
