40 years of Title IX: Share your photos

Women's sports have changed a lot since the beginning of Title IX in 1972. And as sports have evolved, so have uniforms. We're taking a look at how uniforms have changed, and we want to see yours! Send us your best "picture day" photos, of you, your mother, your daughter — any woman in any sport. Photos from a variety of years are encouraged.

(Remember that by sharing photos with us, you are signifying that you hold the copyright to that photo. Read our full Terms of service.)

You can share your photos via:

Email, to sportspix@seattletimes.com

Twitter, mentioning @seatimessports

Facebook, by sending a message to or sharing with facebook.com/SeaTimesSports

Include your name, the year of the photo and what sport the uniform was for.
