The headline of the listing is simple: Medina Area Home — Waterfront. Price? A cool $6.2 million.

Current owner? Rick Neuheisel, though Kelly Sublett, the Windermere Real Estate agent in charge of the hottest new property on the block, says that's of little interest to those who might consider buying it.

"I don't think (the people who have looked at it so far) really care whose house it is," she said.

The house went on the market Oct. 21, Sublett said, and has already attracted wide interest.

Neuheisel bought the house, which has 5,360 square feet and was built in 1988, for $4.2 million in 1999. He refinanced it with a $3.6 million mortgage in June 2002, shortly before he signed a new contract with UW that included a $1.5 million loan.

The down payment is listed at $1.24 million with a monthly payment of $28,945. Property taxes are listed at $34,963.
