Seahawks' bye prescription: Rest, relaxation, return healthy
"That's a really good note at this late point in the season," Carroll said. "We'll have a bunch of guys that should feel rested, but then also to get the guys back from the head knocks that they've had and the bumps and the bruises all that, we're going to be pretty solid going into the Miami game."
Linebacker K.J. Wright and offensive guard James Carpenter were out Sunday because of concussions.
If both return as expected, Seattle will face a choice at left guard between Carpenter -- last year's first-round pick -- and Moffitt, a third-round choice, who started in Carpenter's place the past two weeks..
"Let them go back at it and then we'll figure it out by the end of the week," Carroll said. "John had a solid game, but we'll just wait and see. I expect that Carp -- if he feels good and he's right -- we'd like to get him back in there."
