Kam Chancellor expected to play; Byron Maxwell doubtful
RENTON -- Strong safety Kam Chancellor is expected to play in Thursday's game in the Bay Area after he was limited by a sore ankle in practice Tuesday.
Cornerback Byron Maxwell will be doubtful because of a sore hamstring, and Walter Thurmond -- who is eligible to come off the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list -- won't be activated for the game.
Thurmond spent the first six games on the PUP list, and while he is eligible to begin playing this week, he did not practice with the team because of the condensed week of preparation for a Thursday night game.
Seattle has a three-week window in which to activate Thurmond, and expect him to practice next week when the Seahawks resume a normal work week.
