Seahawks biggest comeback since when?

Seattle's third fourth-quarter comeback of the season was also its largest in nine years. Here's putting Sunday's game in perspective of both Seahawks' and Patriots' history.

Last time Seattle came back to win a game it trailed by 13 or more points in the fourth quarter:

Details: Seahawks trailed 23-10 entering the fourth quarter. Darrell Jackson scored on a 15-yard pass from Matt Hasselbeck in the first minute of the final period. The Seahawks then missed a 35-yard field-goal attempt and blew another chance, turning the ball over on downs at their own 41 with 4:13 left. Linebacker Anthony Simmons intercepted a pass from Marc Bulger with 3:22 remaining, giving Seattle one last possession. The Seahawks drove 74 yards, scoring on a 3-yard touchdown pass to Koren Robinson.

Details: Seattle trailed 20-7 when the third quarter ended and the Seahawks scored three touchdowns in the fourth quarter. Seattle was down 28-14 after the Chargers scored on scored on a 2-yard touchdown run and added a two-point conversion. Matt Hasselbeck threw a 19-yard touchdown pass to Koren Robinson with 6:14 left and then ran for a touchdown with 1 second remaining. The Seahawks won in overtime even though they were intercepted on the first possession.

Details: The Patriots led 27-13 after Fred Taylor's 11-yard touchdown run in the first minute of the period. Houston scored touchdowns on three consecutive possessions while the Patriots went three-and-out and then Tom Brady was intercepted, putting the Texans in position for the go-ahead score. This was the regular-season finale, the Patriots were 10-5, had already clinched the division title and Brian Hoyer replaced Brady for the final possession of the Patriots' loss.

Details: This game isn't remember for the three touchdowns Indianapolis scored in the fourth quarter -- including two in the final 3 minutes -- but the fact the Patriots went for it on fourth-and-2 from its own 28 while leading 34-28. When Kevin Faulk was tackled short of the first down, the Patriots turned it over on downs. The Colts scored four plays later to take the lead.
