Doug Baldwin a question mark because of a shoulder injury
RENTON -- Receiver Doug Baldwin sat out practice for the second consecutive game, and coach Pete Carroll indicated afterward that he suffered a shoulder injury earlier this week, which has his status for Monday's game in doubt.
"He banged his shoulder during the week here, and we don't know yet," Carroll said. "He thinks he can get right. We'll have to wait and see all the way to game time."
Baldwin is listed as questionable, which equates to a 50-50 chance he'll be able to play. Baldwin led the team with 51 receptions last season. He has caught three passes for 18 yards so far this year.
If Baldwin is unable to go, Charly Martin is available as a slot receiver.
"There's a couple of different ways that do that, but Charly does play that," Carroll said.
Receiver Sidney Rice did not practice Saturday, but Carroll indicated that's more precautionary than anything else.
"Just making sure he's really ready to go based on what happened last week," Carroll said of Rice. "He had a sore knee last week, but he's doing fine."
Left tackle Russell Okung and tight end Zach Miller made it through the week of practice and are expected to play Monday.
Cornerback Byron Maxwell is out for this game after he was unable to practice this week because of a hamstring injury.
