Titans pick Jake Locker as starting quarterback

Yes, this is a Seahawks blog. No, this news won't have a thing to do with the Seahawks given that Seattle doesn't play Tennessee during the regular season.

Two reasons to include this on the blog, though:
    1) People are bound to be interested considering the local ties for both Matt Hasselbeck, who was Seattle's starting quarterback for 10 years before the team opted not to re-sign him last year, and Locker is from Ferndale and played at Washington.

    2) The timing. This is the first of the training-camp quarterback competitions to be settled. Miami, Arizona and Seattle remain open questions at this point. Which one gets answered next?
