Terrell Owens impresses Seahawks

Terrell Owens did in fact work out for the Seahawks on Tuesday. Undrafted rookie Lavasier Tuinei of Oregon watched him and everything.

Owens worked out very well, according to information from ESPN's Mike Sando, who reported that he was timed in the 40-yard dash in fewer than 4.5 seconds.

Owens is coming back from a torn knee ligament he suffered last year. He did not play in the NFL in 2011, but ESPN's Ed Werder reports the Seahawks are interested in signing him.

Seattle's players have Monday off, but stay tuned.
