Camp Carroll: Day Seven
Under center: Quarterback Tarvaris Jackson took the majority of the repetitions with the first-unit offense, Matt Flynn working with the second-unit offense and Russell Wilson with the third. The total snaps in practice were roughly equitable between the three.
Throw o' the day (Part One): Wilson's long completion to Golden Tate drew the loudest reaction from the crowd, Tate tracking the ball well and making a leaping catch behind cornerback Byron Maxwell.
Throw o' the day (Part Two): Jackson ad-libbed his way to a red-zone touchdown with a left-handed shovel pass to Tate. While Jackson won't get any points threw a deep completion to Golden Tate.
Pick up the pace: Flynn was picked off early in a team scrimmage portion of practice, linebacker Heath Farwell leaping up to intercept a pass just beyond the line of scrimmage.
Roll call: Not practicing -- WR Doug Baldwin (right leg), LB Bobby Wagner (quadriceps), TE Kellen Winslow (knee), LB Matt McCoy (knee), TE Anthony McCoy (hamstring) and WR Ricardo Lockette (unknown).
