Seahawks training camp dates announced

The Seahawks will begin training camp on the last weekend of July, and they have announced that 13 practices will be open to the public. Those interested in attending will be able to register in mid-July on the team's official Web site: Seahawks.com. Season-ticket holders can make reservations beginning July 11 with registration open to everyone beginning July 13.
Here are the dates and times for the practices, which will be open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
