OL Frank Omiyale coming aboard Seahawks line

The Seahawks agreed to terms with Frank Omiyale on a contract. Omiyale is a veteran offensive lineman, who was released by the Bears earlier this month. Seattle visited with Omiyale before free agency actually began.

His addition comes on the day Jarriel King cleared waivers.

King was one of Seattle's backup offensive linemen throughout last season. He was let go after he was arrested last month and charged with a sex crime in South Carolina, and did not inform the team of the incident.

Omiyale was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons and played one year for Tom Cable, who is now Seattle's offensive line coach.

Omiyale, 29, is 6 feet 4, weighs 315 pounds and has played multiple positions along the Bears offensive line. Terms of the deal were not announced, but it is believed to be a one-year deal.
