Seahawks defensive Raheem Brock has been charged with DUI in King County after his arrest more than a year ago.

He is scheduled to be arraigned Dec. 21.

Brock, who is in his second season in Seattle, was pulled over just before 3 a.m. on Nov. 13, 2010, a Saturday morning. He traveled with the team to Arizona for a road game that was played Nov. 14.

According to a police report of the incident, Brock declined to take field-sobriety tests, but did submit to a portable breathalyzer, which measured his blood-alcohol content at .133, according to the report. The legal limit in Washington is 0.08.

Brock was pulled over on the NE 45th St. overpass above I-5. He was arrested and taken to the University of Washington Police Department. According to the report, he asked the officer, "You guys don't take care of your athletes out here?" The officer said he had been arrested for DUI and would be processed like everyone else. A breath test at the station measured his BAC at .115 and .111, according to the report.

Brock's car was impounded, but he was not booked into jail. He was taken to his residence in Bellevue, cited and released.

Brock did not immediately inform the team of his arrest before playing at Arizona, the day after his arrest. The news of his arrest was first reported during that game, which the Seahawks won.
