Seahawks WR Sidney Rice returns to practice, expected to play

Rice was tended to be trainers on the sidelines during the second half of last week's game in St. Louis, and he did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday because of a sore knee. He was on the field Friday, though, practiced without limitation and is good to go.
Quarterback Tarvaris Jackson threw in practice on Friday, a sign of progress since he had not thrown passes on consecutive days in previous weeks.
Defensive lineman Alan Branch again missed practice with a sore ankle, and while he's not ruled out, he is listed as questionable. Coach Pete Carroll said his availability will be decided on game day. If Branch is out, Clinton McDonald likely would start in his place at nosetackle.
